We were approached by a company to help them solve a problem of how they could send their material finishes to potential customers without damaging them.

We laser cut 2 identically sized layers of black 5mm Foamex, 1 layer to fit their samples perfectly and the the other as a backing sheet. They were then accurately glued together to ensure a perfect fit in a display box.
